JULY 30, 2010 - So You Think You Can Dance Canada: Season 3


It's coming. So You Think You Can Dance Canada is heading into season three with this dieselpunk styled promo that was choreographed by Nico Archambault and Wynn Holmes. According to the CTV website, the season premieres on Sunday, August 15th airing auditions that have scoured for talent in Toronto, Calgary, Halifax, Vancouver and Montréal. Nearly every night until August 24th, it will be an intensive run of shows leading up to the top 20 results.

Host Leah Miller is back and is joined by returning judges and dance experts Jean Marc Genereux, Tré Armstrong, Luther Brown and Blake McGrath. Other guest judges on the audition tour include Stacey Tookey, Mary Murphy, Mia Michaels, Dan Karaty, Rex Harrington and Sean Cheesman.

NOVEMBER 23, 2009 - Make Me


Not a month after Nico got the call by choreographer Gil Duldulao, he is now featured in Janet Jackson's new hit video Make Me. Archambault, winner of the innaugural season of So You Think You Can Dance Canada was celebrating his birthday when he got the call. Natalli Reznik, a SYTYCD Canada finalist, also appears in the video. Both Archambault and Reznik performed live on stage with Jackson yesterday at the 2009 American Music Awards.

AUGUST 28, 2009 - Nico Archambault & Kevin Mylrea


In a "where are they now" segment, we have a peek at two contestants from Season 1 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada. Nico Archambault, winner of the inaugural season, is seen here continuing to perform and choreograph with the Pinup Saints, among other things.

We also have a peek at Kevin Mylrea of Westbank BC, voted off in the first week of the Top 20 competitors. He is on faculty at 5,6,7,8 Showtime, which hosts regional and national competitions and workshops, leading up to World Dance Cup. Click read more to check out the video.
